Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the IRL Deals mobile application operated by IRL Deals ("us," "we," or "our").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our app, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the app.

2. Description of Service

IRL Deals is a mobile application that connects consumers with local businesses offering deals and discounts. Our services include:

• Browsing and purchasing deals from participating businesses
• A rewards program where users earn points on purchases
• Business accounts for merchants to create and manage deals

3. User Accounts

Account Creation: To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain the security of your password
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

Account Types: We offer Consumer accounts for individuals and Business accounts for merchants.

4. Purchases and Payments

• All prices are displayed in US dollars unless otherwise noted
• Payment is processed securely through Stripe
• You agree to pay all charges incurred under your account
• Deals are subject to availability and the terms set by each business

5. Rewards Program

• Points are earned based on qualifying purchases
• Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred
• We reserve the right to modify the rewards program at any time
• Points may expire if your account is inactive for 12 months
• Fraudulent activity may result in forfeiture of points and account termination

6. Deal Terms and Redemption

• Each deal has specific terms and conditions set by the offering business
• Deals must be redeemed within the validity period
• Deals are non-transferable unless otherwise stated
• Businesses are responsible for honoring deals purchased through our platform

7. Business Account Terms

If you register as a business, you additionally agree to:

• Provide accurate business information
• Honor all deals created and purchased through the platform
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not engage in deceptive or misleading practices

8. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any unlawful purpose
• Create multiple accounts for fraudulent purposes
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the app or servers
• Use automated means to access the app without permission
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users

9. Intellectual Property

The app and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by IRL Deals and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:

• The app will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Results obtained will be accurate or reliable
• Any errors will be corrected

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, IRL Deals shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app.

12. Refund Policy

• Refund requests must be made within 14 days of purchase
• Refunds are not available for deals that have been redeemed
• We will process refunds within 5-10 business days
• Refund eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the app will cease immediately.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through the app or via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
