How do I redeem a deal?

Open the IRL Deals app → My Deals → tap the active deal → swipe to redeem in front of the merchant. The barcode and coupon code on the voucher are what they scan or type.

Can I get a refund?

You can request a refund any time before the deal is redeemed. Once it's redeemed, the deal is considered fulfilled and isn't refundable. Contact us if you have an exceptional case.

How do reward points work?

Every purchase and redemption earns points. You can convert points into credit at the same business when you check out next time.

How do I cancel an appointment?

Profile → Appointments → tap the appointment → Cancel. The business is notified automatically. You can cancel up to twice per purchased deal — after that, contact the business directly.
