IRL Deals is a community-first marketplace for in-person commerce. We help neighbourhood shops, cafés, salons, and service providers reach customers who actually walk through their door — and reward those customers for showing up.

Why we built this

Big delivery apps and online marketplaces have flattened how people discover places to spend. Local businesses pay double-digit commissions and still feel invisible. Customers, meanwhile, pay full price for things they could have gotten cheaper at a neighbour's store. We think real-world commerce deserves better tools.

What's different

• Designed for in-person. Every deal is redeemed on-site with a barcode or coupon code — no shipping, no logistics middleman.
• Honest fees. Businesses keep what they earn. We charge a flat platform fee instead of percentage cuts that scale with their revenue.
• Rewards that stack. Customers earn points on every redemption and can use them at the same business — keeping value local.
